Learning through Moodle
Moodle is an established learning platform used by educational institutions worldwide. It links live lessons with independent work. Depending on the programme, learners can:
- Lesson resources and instructions
- Digital submission of coursework
- Online quizzes and assessments
- Results and teacher feedback
Assessments and examinations
Internal assessment includes online quizzes, written assignments and subject tests, with honesty and independent work expected.
Term-end examinations
Term-end examinations are written online on a secure proctoring platform. Proctoring means the exam is supervised remotely: the learner is identified before starting, the session is timed and monitored through the webcam and microphone, and the exam runs under controlled conditions so results are fair and credible. Learners need a working webcam, microphone and stable connection on exam days.
Official IGCSE, AS Level and A Level examinations are separate. They are set and marked externally, and families arrange entry themselves through authorised examination centres. We do not register learners for external examinations; our role is to prepare them thoroughly.

The role of parents and guardians
Successful learning is a partnership. Parents support attendance, study routines and a suitable learning environment, especially in Primary and Foundation, while learners gradually take on more independence.
